The year 2020 certainly saw the lines blur between our conventional ideas of “elopement” and “wedding,” and I’ve got to be honest when I say that I am digging the slower pace and more intimate settings of small weddings! I opened up my photography studio space in NE Minneapolis so that Brady and Natalie could have the perfectly sized space for a perfectly tiny wedding celebration. We visited the Basilica of St. Mary where the two met singing in the choir there, and made a stop at Main Street, where they had their first date, for photos at the end of the day. Parents, one friend each for a wedding party, plus myself and an officiant made for a total guest count of 10. What a lovely number.
